So my host has moved servers, now all users including guests can view every forum section and they also have access to the mod CP.
I've checked it in the admin panel, everything is correct.. I have no idea. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Worked out it was due to a max_packet_limit, thought I'd just reply with the reason! But the database would time out and MYBB stupidly just gave access to everything.
