im merging two forums today, i had the same problem with the first one and i dont remember if i just reinstalled or what it was but theres nothing in the admin area. before i reinstall again i thought id just ask

You missing all of the language files for the admin. check that \languages\<your selected language>\admin exists and has contents.

Your language files are missing and/or you forgot to upload them.

What board languages were you having before merge?

Try this:

Go to & open settings.php in some text editor-> inc/settings.php

Find : $settings['cplanguage']

Change it to:
$settings['cplanguage'] = "english";

See if it works?
