I have a forum with software IPB installed in it.
I have like 51 - 53 members
4,800 - 5,000 Posts

Is there any way to convert my forum to mybb?

Try using the merge system. http://www.mybb.com/downloads/merge-system

Not sure if it will work with ipb 3.x but you can always contact mybb support team to verify.
