My forum is been attacked by spammers give me help genereal security question is installed but again attacked www.pak-xtreme.com

You need to make the questions very difficult. Bots are fairly intelligent at answering everyday questions.

http://mods.mybb.com/view/are-you-a-human-captcha for preventing future spam bots. This has treated me excellently. Though it won't help for spammers already registered. I assume you have akismet activated?

EDIT: I see you have only the default captcha enabled on registration. This is fairly useless. Engage Google captcha and/or registration questions or the above mentioned plugin to keep them from registering.

You can stop spammers just by enabling recaptcha on your forum.

Are you sure? I don't see any security question on your registration page. Does it come later?
