Moderators for specific forums Go to ACP > Forums & Posts {TAB} > Select any forum's options > Moderators > You can select any group as a moderator for that forum section. You can also choose specific user as a moderator there. http://prntscr.com/3cnno6

For thread/post approval Go to ACP > Forums & Posts {TAB} > Select any forum's options > Edit Forum > Scroll down a bit & you'll see a Moderation Options where you can set em up http://prntscr.com/3cnnbd
