I have the latest version of StopForumSpam installed, but I noticed something weird in my sfs_log.php. It seems like this plugin contacts StopForumSpam.com even for emails and/or IPs that have been banned in MyBB core. With this behavior, StopForumSpam.com has throttled my access, but the plugin tries to contact the server every two seconds to get an answer.

With the number of automated spammers increasing, we need to stop known spam before sending it off to StopForumSpam (or other external APIs). If someone tries to register or post from a banned IP (or register with a banned username or email), my local installation should be able to block it without using up my limited connections.
