I am starting up a team of web devs for a project.
I cannot tell anything about the project now. (just that, you dont have to start from scratch )

The project is currently not funded by anyone.

I have all the required stuff, servers and all. All i need is a good dedicated team.

What i would like to see in you:
-> Dedication
-> The curiosity to work.
-> No need to be overmature. (I dont want Papa's in my team.)

Positions:
-> PHP Devs (2 Open Positions)
-> Designers (1 Open Position)
-> Server & Security Testers (1 Open Position)

About earning and all:
Basically, the project will be a license based application that will be sold (just like WHMCS, Billhost, IPS, etc)
You will paid on regular basis ones we have the project up & running from the sales we make.

What's the scope/guarantee that this will succeed?
Well, it will. because it is new, and nothing like this has been yet made.

He don't have a budget yet. He said he will pay once the licenses are sold.
