So I fixed my previous problems but now I cannot login in the admin Control panel.

Everytime I login it redirects me to

Yes my cookies are correctly configured.
$settings['cookiedomain'] = "ruinforums.com.";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "";
Settings is 666.
Please help.
