Hi, Is there way that we can upload files to 3rd party storage directly from mybb forum. Any file uploading service that allow forum integration.

yes, but for ZIP files.
Apart from that i am looking for a good free file upload service which never delete files. So i can tell forum members to use that service for file sharing.

I don't think you'll find much that matches all three of those criteria.
Well, there is always https://archive.org/, but they generally only keep files that can be considered to have historical significance.
You could possibly build off this plugin for external avatars to make it work with attachments, but I can only guess that it will require several core edits too.
