Hello,

I'm one of the co-admin for one of the forum that I joined.

Unfortunately, today we encountered a problem where certain members logged to what I believe as the actual forum and the other one is logged to 'another set of same forum'

We realized this when we communicate to each other using IM and found out that we are not within the same set somehow.

Anyone knows what might cause this problem and how could we rectify this?

In what sense do you mean "split"? Can you give more details, or a link to these "split" boards?
