I uploaded the 1.6.13 to my ftp and replaced all the contents within the public html I also closed my forum beforehand. now i get this error when typing my domain/install/

You need to run the upgrader.

I'm not sure, this is what happened. I replaced all my FTP files with the Upgraded ones then i went to my domain/install then done that, now all my users, plugins, themes, ect are gone

What version are you upgrading from?
