MyBB Community Forums

Full Version: Can't open board.
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
So we recently just moved our forum to another host, and the "Your board status is currently set to closed." status won't come off. I tried turning it off in the ACP, yet it gives me this:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pokesunacp3b142fe/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Also I tried editing a post on the forum, and it had given me this:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /xmlhttp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any clue to what's going on, and how to fix this issue?

Thanks,
Zueq
These look like mod sec rules being triggered by the host.

First step is to chat with your host and create the error while in chat so they can trace it and confirm whether this is the case. if it is, they should then white list whatever mod sec rules need to be white listed.
