I have copied bootstrap css into my global CSS folder, but bit does take affect. The only thing that works is the navbar and footer. But things like tables and buttons are not. Have anyone have problems with this?

EDIT: Kind of figured out my problem.

For further reference, every refresh hold shift and refresh.
