He (she?) wants to learn how to program a software like MyBB - at least that's what I got from it.
You need to at minimum learn HTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, and Javascript.

I've considered putting up a short tutorial on how to make a simple forum on my site, however it won't be anywhere near as advanced as MyBB.
I think he's asking how to learn how to make things for the forum. @OP, try php.net to learn how to code PHP.
