I was just wondering if theres any need for my images/regimages folder and files because the image verification just seems to use other backgrounds instead of the ones found in that folder.

Image verification for posting or registration? The images/regimages are used in registration but I'm not sure they are used in verifying posts...

Nope, they aren't used anymore as the image is drawn by PHP.

They are no longer used anywhere .
