Hello, currently I have some sub-forums set like this, http://i.gyazo.com/a033db242da1aeff69f1b20706acd79d.png but I want them to look like this, http://i.gyazo.com/c20860968fd4d855af5dddf3605e952f.png

And on the first picture how do I remove the Sub Forums text aswell as where it says "and 2 more" to where it just lists all of them, Thanks guys!

If you simply want to display all of them, you can go to ACP -> configuration -> Forum Home Options and set the "Subforums to show on Index listing" to be something other than the default setting, such as 50. (hopefully you aren't using that many subforums )

If you want them to display in columns, you'll need the subforums in columns plugin.

Instructions how to remove the "Sub Forum" text is posted somewhere on here ( mybb.com ), but I can't search for it right now.
