Hi,

I'm not sure if this is possible, but if it is possible, how could I rename "uid=1" to "userid=1"?

Why would you even do that? Short is always better.

If you are referring to the URL structure member.php?uid= 51459 then there is no way, it is simple not designed to be changed. However you can alter the URL structure with MyBB SEF URLs.
If you wish to use SEF URLs then rename your "htaccess.txt" file to ".htaccess", and change the Enable search engine friendly URLs? setting to Enabled (Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Server and Optimization Options). Or install and configure Google SEO, which will grant your even more customisation power over URL structure.
