Is there a way to create a pop up or announcement ONLY visible for Guests? I have guest accounts disabled for viewing the forum. But I do not want guests to be discouraged and think there are no threads on the board and leave. Instead I would like to have an announcement or something that only guests or users that are not signed in to see reminding them that they need to be registered and logged in to view threads.

Is this possible? I looked for a plug in but didn't see anything. Maybe I overlooked it.
