Well Johnny we are gonna have some competition maybe as I was in the process of making a similar bootstrap theme, BTW its almost tableless.
I have tried to preserve the core look of MyBB and made it as compatible with plugins but there will be minor issues here and there though.
Akin to you I have recompiled bootstrap and cut it down, and I am moving from font-awesome to font-glyph, just not sure if this is a good move.
I will upload some screenshots as well now.
Also mine comes with a customized prototype files, i mean the inlinemodjs etc to work with the tableless design.
As always fully responsive.
Here is my post:- http://community.mybb.com/thread-153900.html
Please dont think, I have copied it or anything this has been in the works since April, and I got excited to share when I saw Johnny's post.

I have a doubt Johnny, is that a WYSIWYG editor or the normal one themed? Looks way cool.
Text editor theme is based on default one (Default) but modified to match the theme look (images are removed and replaced with font awesome icons). Also smilie button is added without messing in editor.js. I try to avoid adding third party WYSIWYG editors (the main reason is support for that editor). I'll give my opinion on your work in another thread.
Loving the way that this theme is turning out, keep up the great work!

Looking awesome Johnny, can't wait to see what else you're going to do with it.
Update:
- All templates are updated in order to provide responsive experience
- Replaced all images with FA icons ([subforums] mark as read [index], star rating and collapse buttons are also working (no core edits :yaySmile)
- W3 valid markup
- Added new features (post preview [like on IPB, Xenforo and Burning board] for start, other features are public secret Angel)

Do you release a separate mobile version as well?

mean is release just mobile version.

Thanks Wink
I don't have any plans for that. The whole point of responsive design is to adjust page content to various device screens (and various resolutions).

Another update:
Theme settings are now added. With that you can change font family, size, forums with or color of any area on this theme. Atm (after few tests) your color preferences are displayed even after page reload (where javascript solutions won't display color preferences for a second or two).
Examples (dark color isn't a alternative one, it's just a demonstration of theme settings).
