im not sure if your categories and forum titles are for testing used only but it looks like something bot's attacked your index and because of unappropriated numbers that you replaced to letters, IMO.

in your first question you need to put Logo Image on your FTP Files under
*RootFolder/images/logo.gif

you can also change the location of your Logo Image
Template & Styles>Themes>*your theme>Board Logo

and also this is the default Board Logo
