I have a warning level of 100% set to a 1 month ban. When I add a warning type of 5 points and give a user a warning, suddenly he is at 50% warning. How does that work? Why does the warning type use points, and the warning level use %? How do I configure how many points equals 100%?

And is the user informed of the warning if I don't click the checkbox to send him an email? Is there an alert so he knows why he's banned? Or if email is the only thing he would see, does the email say the duration of the ban?

well, I don't know much about the warning system as I don't use it.....

but it appears to me on your board if 5 points = 50%

then 10 points = 100%

Have you noticed the Warning System Settings on the Admin CP? There you can configure the number of points and that he can see his warnings.
