Allow members to create and manage their own teams.
For example a group of people get together, get a team leader and are able to start a forum for there team within your main board.
Team leaders could be given access to there area to mod/admin it. With the ability to mass pm there team or things like that.
To start a team the leader would need to get admin approved and have certain number of members willing to join for a min requirement.
