I am trying to enter in an annual repeating event, in this case Labor Day. However I am getting the error "Using the start and end times along with the event repetition settings, this event won't occur." Why? I don't understand this error as I believe I have entered in everything correctly. See the attached screen print for the setting on this event entry.

I was getting that same error too. You just have to change the year to a different year to make it work. (For some reason). It's rather arbitrary and not very intuitive.

Maybe because there is no first monday in september between 17 May 2014 (start) and 17 May 2014 (end)?
