Hello , been working on a forum for a game i made and have no clue on how to add user-bars/ crowns next to names for ranks for example:

and I am getting a messy userbar with a broke picture before it and some extra junk.

If someone could help that would be insanely cool/helpful

Just put <img src=http://i.imgur.com/v4Z7yB4.jpg /> before {username}?

Getting a Error Image (Aka broken Image)

add the images to your group images on your server (/images/groupimages) and link from the groups editing in ACP.
