Anyway, can you describe the "member drop down menu" more? Just to get an idea of what you meant. It would be more helpful for everyone else by telling us more features of what you're looking for as a theme.

Im sure he wants mouse hover on menu tab to result into dropdown list, which is pretty easy to do yourself imo.
