I wan't to remove some stuff like User-CP and such just need to know were it is

acp/templates/my template/?

I would also like to change thread subject to Topic Title and make a Topic Subject under it

Usercp is in your templates. It is also referenced in other files too, so do test thoroughly before emptying the template. If you mean the usercp nav then that is referenced in many of the UserCp templates. You would need to edit each template to remove it (or leave an empty td).

You can manipulate the language strings in the languages section of the ACP.
