I was going through my forum files and I noticed something that I didn't really understand, does anybody know what this is?

Located in forumroot\cache\Indishell

There is around 11,100 PHP files with weird names, they seem to follow this format

- blah .. conf_global.php
- blah .. config.php
- blah .. configuration.php
- blah .. settings.php
- blah .. wp-config.php

Each name (I used blah as an example) has 5 instances (conf_global\config\configuration\settings\wp-config)

The files are all blank.


Should I keep these, delete them?

It's not part of MyBB.

Someone hacked your site and tried to do Symlink and grep all configuration file.
I suggest you to remove all directory and other unknown php, perl and python file
