I'm setting up a MyBB forum with a friend and we're having a few issues.

First issue is avatars on member's list is misshapen like this.
I've tried to change the image's resolution in the template but it still happens.


Second is rating announcements appears to show a broken image like below.
I don't know what steps to do to resolve this one. I've tried to change the member's permissions for rating topics but it didn't work.

The avatars: that looks like a custom theme and you should contact the theme author.

The rating stars: make sure your image paths are correct.

Please provide a forum url if you need more help.

I know where the star image is but I can't find the template set for editing it.

Two templates. There is a template called forumdisplay_thread_rating and another called showthread_ratethread. They are in the forumdisplay and showthread template sets inside your theme templates in the ACP.

I used inspect element on Chrome to see what the image it was using was and it looks for an image called pixel.gif but I can't see the code where it's looking for it.

Hmm. Where did you get this theme? Its a custom theme - ask the developer.

The developer doesn't offer support and there's no way to contact him.

Well, here's the thing Cent. That is a paid forum theme and a lot of people try and steal those themes and rebuild them.

I am NOT accusing you or anything, but I cant tell if you are one of those people or not, so its a bit difficult for me to help as I MIGHT be helping a theme ripper. See the problem?

They have support forums but it's filled with hundreds of spam bots.

Yea I saw. Real shame, they have some nice themes too.
