When i try to login to my Admin CP It Logs in but i try to goto like templates and all of those it logis me out and then i cant login i tried clearing cookies 30 times

Not trying to brush the thread off, but have you tried reading and checking everything in this post: Login/Logout problems? PLEASE READ
It might not be your browser, but the cookie settings for your board which you will need to check using a database tool like phpMyAdmin (usually comes with cPanel) or Navicat (desktop application) and check the "./inc/settings.php" file using a text editor.

Make sure in:
inc/setting.php
The cookie settings are:
.mydomain.com
Then do it in acp to save it.
