hi. after i import my database i have lots of errors and warnings in search engines.
like:

Errors:

The robots.txt conflicts with the Robots Exclusion Standard.
Found errors with this web page that can cause problems for search engines.
No meta description found for this web page. All major search engines are looking for this.

how i can solve these problems?

Open robots.txt with advanced text editor, such as Notepad++, and convert it to UTF-8 without BOM, then save and reupload.

how i can covert all Document to UTF-8 without BOM?
