How to Transfer Forum and SQL and Users without Getting Problems ?

what is the Right way to Tansfer the Files and Database ???


cuz i Backup Files and SQL Database and moved it to another Host and i get White page but i install Normal Version and it works after i add the database and some Plugins Forum dont work ?????

Did you remember to change the URL settings and such over to your new domain? Did you also change where it gets the SQL info from?

First Change URL ? you mean Edit the Database to new Domain ?

Secound what you mean ? i get the SQL Info from the Phpmyadmin from the Database
