I've had it set up for a while so guests can post. Recently I decided to do away with this. Well tried to... I've tried changing the permissions a million time and the page reflects it, but guests cant still post...

I've tried incognito, I've even purged cache with cloudflare and enabled development mode.

Has anyone had this problem?
I've also edited Maximum Images per Post to 0 and am still able to post images... Wtf?

Did you change the forum permissions (and not the Usergroup permissions)?
Admin CP -> Forums & Posts -> Forum Management -> Forum -> View Forum (tab) -> Permissions (sub-tab)

Where Forum is the name of the forum you are trying to let guests post in.
