Following link in the Mod-CP opens a modal window:
modcp.php?action=iplookup&ipaddress=11.222.33.44

Actually, this window can be closed only via the x-icon but not with the "close window"-link.

probably forgot to remove the link. Since it has the close button of modal
i will made PR of this too in github.
