I had a look how much work it was going to be to convert mybb18 templates to my custom theme.
The way find updated templates seems to have changed; now all changed templates are listed, even after completing a diff and a full edit the altered template remains on the updated list, rather than as in 1.6 where after checking a template and doing the edit it was removed from the list of updated templates.
If I reverted the template it was removed from the list.
