please help me to remove this error .

What security implications can base64_encode possibly have?

If you're using shared/free hosting you need to ask them.

At Laie:

I'm pretty sure some function needs it.

I believe its used for the task image if memory serves correctly.

The error message means that the host has added this to the disabled function list. I'm just curious if there was a security implication I was unaware of.
