How can I change the colour of the "Admin" title, but not any other users?

do you want to change the color of the username or the usertitle...

in anycase, goto ACP >> Users & Groups >> Administrators >> edit the "username style" or "Default user title"

you can add the color using simple css like below in the corresponding field...

 <span style="color: ######;">Administrators</span> 

replace the # with the color code or name.
