I think it would be useful to have select all checkboxes on every page in the admin cp so deleting something is much faster and easier.

Examples:

- User Titles
- Word Filters
- Smilies

Then it would possible for example to delete multiple smilies at the same time but not all. At the moment I have to delete smilies one by one.
