Hi in my mobile when i browse forum with UCweb Browser then some area of my forum displaying disturbed graphic please check the below images.

that's probably because the theme is not mobile friendly... you can use mybb gomobile theme to have a mobile friendly version of your forum. their website is currently closed, but you can download the package from github - https://github.com/jasonliehr/MyBB-GoMobile

is this not possible to make this mobile friendly i dont like gomobile

that would involve a lot of customizations. better to choose a mobile friendly theme (if available) or simply change the user agent in the UC browser settings to desktop

That is very small on desktop - but whatever floats your boat. Moving to theme requests.
