I was wondering on how I could put a face or emoji in someones reputation instead of a number like the following picture:

I don't know if this is a plugin or not. Could someone please help?

I believe that's just a difference in the template. You can just edit the template to do that, but there are plugins for it too. I believe I found a few to do this on http://yaldaram.com, but that site appears to be down right now.
