My very basic question: how can I create new threads and start posting as admin / moderator. I made a new user with moderator privileges, but when I login, I can't see such a button to create new thread and new posts. What can I do to make them appear.

Ok. So Forum2 is alright and you can create threads in that forum.
But if you want the other forums e.g. Filmek, Walami you must change the their forum type setting from a category to a forum.
Admin CP -> Forums & Posts -> *forum* -> Edit Forum Settings -> Forum Type
