my global css changes are not updating when I change them. It is not just on my computer, its on everyone's computers and I'm not sure why?
Are you using cloudflare? If so, enable developer mode.
When you view the CSS file in your browser, do you see the changes there and it just isn't showing the changes on your website? Or are you not seeing the changes as being made in the CSS file at all?
Control + F5 / Shift when refreshing.
If you have Cloudflare enable development mode as mentioned.
