even though the soft deleted posts are still visible (admin/mods) on showthread, while replying to those threads the post is hidden from view in the posts shown below the editor...
isnt it better to keep it simple, either remove it from display completely or show it in all places.
They behave like unapproved posts.

but why you need see soft deleted posts in newreply ?
I don't want to see it.. but shouldn't there be a uniformity in the behavior.... if it's shown in one place but not in other, it doesn't sound professional.. isn't it. good if it behaves like unapproved posts as said by Stefan..
I thought unapproved posts aren't shown on newreply. However I don't see the need for showing deleted posts there.
