I'm running a forum where we do not want to offer the option of private messaging. Yet we would like administrators to be able to communicate back and forth with our members through PM. Are there any settings which will allow this?
Checking "Can send private messages even if recipients have them disabled?" in the User Group settings doesn't solve this issue. I presume this doesn't work because it is not the recipients themselves who have disabled PMs but they have never been offered in the first place.
