What is the full code of this contact page for myBB?

I'm not sure if it is released here.

It's indeed a premium plugin by Labrocca. MyBB 1.8 has nearly the same contact page, so I'd just wait for 1.8.

First at all you have to go to your admin cp and then on general configuration set contact as page and put contacto.php or whatever you want, by default i have this name on my file, you can change it and put here your file name.

Then you have to upload this file to your ftp is the same i use on my forum...

And that's all you don't have to ay nothig or some, this contact form is a basic and based on original form xD.
