In your global_vm template find:

<div class="expcolimage"><img src="images/collapse.gif" id="welcome_img" border="0" class="expander" alt="[-]" /></a></div>

and replace with

<div class="expcolimage"><img src="images/collapse.gif" id="welcome_img" border="0" class="expander" alt="[-]" /></div>
