Hi,

On showthread.php it has the website's name and then with a hyphen, and then the forum name.

How could I delete the website's name and the hyphen, and only leave the Forum's Title?

The file is forumdisplay.php, not showthread.php. To edit this:
Admin CP->Templates->Your Theme->Forum Display Templates->forumdisplay.
Find the line with the title tags and edit it to your liking.
