When I got to my admin CP I can login past the first screen, but what I'm trying to do is change the cookies so I can login. Currently I can only access the dashboard of the admin cp and cannot get to the cookies section or any over, can someone please help. Thanls.
What happens when you try to get there?
If it logs you out then the cookie settings are messed up you will need to manually change them in settings.php and then login and change them correctly if needs be from with Admin.
You should also clear all your cookies after changing the settings.php and logging back in.

2:Open up inc/settings.php
3:Edit cookies to point to your site
4:Login to admin right away.
5:ACP->Configuration->Settings
6:Re-update the settings, on there.
7:Enjoy the workable site.
