this is a yellow color for showthread.php

notice the yellow line with black text?
i need some help setting this for forumdisplay.php for the border color on text saying "thread/author, replies, views, last post."
When i view the rest of my showthread.php
you can see an example of a black color with all black text wich is invisible all in black. http://www.breathwalkandlive.com/showthread.php?tid=46
i'm wanting all of the showthread.php, forum display colors with the yellow and black
hopefully none is confused who can help what i'm describing! thank you for the help.
i looked inside global.css and can't seem to find what i'm trying to do......i have brain damage and it is hard on coding and finding this yellow and black to black to black forumdisplay.php/the rest of showthread.php editing
