After upgrade i got new error when i go to admin cp and want to create a new stylesheet everytime tolds me you have to add something.css to add new templates even if i use regular way.

I try on fresh install and everytime same is happen on forum. Can't create stylesheet.css

You have to add .css and still appear stylesheet.css.css

Is something i try verify or review but on all my forums and if i go to localhost the same issue again and again.

Is this a bug or only i have this trouble ?

It was an error with the 1.6.13 package which was fixed a few hours after the release. Please redownload the package and overwrite "admin/modules/style/themes.php"
