Or can i remove thread, forum, user from links like

mysite.com/thread-mybb-is-great
You will have url conflicts if you use above urls w/o prefixs like thread- . So documentation of Google SEO for details there is everything you want to know.
And can u please tell me should i add meta tag if i install mybb google seo plugins. and where to add meta tags, someone tells me that google seo plugins have already meta tags is this right...??

While you could coerce Google SEO to use this style (force uniquifier, {id}/{url}, t{url}.html), you really, really shouldn't.
MyBB itself does not work well with additional / in URLs. This URL style will cause you no end of problems.
Google SEO does not really have ID based URLs in mind; getting rid of those numbers was a design goal. They're only used when there is no other way to get a unique URL.
